Sailing the Whitsundays on Condor - Cancellations, Terms and Conditions.

     
  Cancellation of tour booking, by individual (for Private Whitsunday Charters, see below). 
Cancellation between Booking date and 14 days of departure of the Whitsunday Sailing Tour or Package on Condor will result in loss of deposit. 14 Days to 72 hours before departure, loss of 50% of Ticket Price. 72 hours up to departure will result in forfeit of full trip fees. Where full payment has been made, and we can re sell the space on the departure, we will refund payments made less 20%. The Operator cannot guarantee refund of the travel agent deposit component.

POSTPONEMENT/TRANSFER of a Whitsunday Sailing Tour or Package on Condor by an individual, will be allowed 72 hours prior to departure. Postponements between 24 & 72 hours will be considered based on the merit of the circumstances causing the postponement. 
 
 
 
Private Whitsunday Charters Booking Conditions
Booking will be confirmed on payment of deposit. Balance payments to be made in full 30 days before charter commencement. Cancellations ONCE balance payment has been made, and within 30 days of departure date will result in forfeit of Full Whitsunday Charter Price. We highly recommend all charterers have travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
 
 
LIABILITY
Guests should note that Sailing is an adventure activity and while our crew will make every effort to ensure guest safety, we cannot be accountable for actions of guests that are beyond our control. Guests will be required to complete a pre departure document, and sign a travel agreement during the check-in process.The Operator has the applicable insurance to cover public liability for our guests and staff.
 
 
TRAVEL INSURANCE 

We highly recommends that guests have travel insurance to cover valuable items, eg. Cameras, iPods, and to protect themselves against unforseen late cancellations due to other operators (eg. coach or airline delays), or nature (eg. Flooding and road closures) or medical conditions that may occur during carriage, and the associated extra costs of accessing medical care around the islands.  
 
 
GUEST BEHAVIOUR
The Operator has the right to refuse entry on Condor of guests who arrive intoxicated or who are under the influence of illegal substances. While on Tour, Guests must abide by instructions from the Condor Crew.  Guests must also abide by the Law and public nuisance or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests who refuse to follow instructions and jeopardise the safety and security of Crew, Guests, Themselves or the Vessel may be restrained and / or removed from the tour. All associated costs of these actions will be borne by the guest.
 
ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK-IN BEFORE BOARDING
Check in is Located at  Shop 1, 4 The Esplanade Airlie Beach 4802 and open from 7.30am to 8.00pm daily.            
Delayed guests should please phone our office on 07 4946 5782.  
Check in by 11:30am latest, the day of travel.  Please note, if possible it is helpful for us if you check-in earlier in the day.
